A) Submission of H1N1 Travel Declaration Form
Please note that all pupils are to submit their Travel
Declaration Form to their Form Teacher when they return to school on Monday 29 June 09.
B) Temperature Taking Exercise
All pupils are reminded to bring their Oral Digital Thermometer (ODT) for their daily temperature taking exercise from Monday 29 June 09 onwards.
C) Suspension of CCAs and Enrichment/Supplementary/Remedial classes.
There will be no CCAs and Enrichment/Supplementary/Remedial/HMT classes on the first week of Term 3 (29 June to 3 July 09).
D) P2 to P6 School Smart Card (Ezlink Card) Mass Replacement Exercise
The mass replacement exercise of SSCs will be conducted in Yu Neng Primary School on Wednesday, 1 July 09. Pupils who miss this mass replacement exercise on that day will need to go to TransitLink Card Replacement Offices to apply for their new cards.
E) P1 Registration Exercise 2009 – Admission to P1/ 2010
The P1 Registration Exercise 2009 for Phase 1 (For a child who has a sibling in the school of choice) will be conducted on 07 Jul 2009 (Tues) and 08 Jul 2009 (Wed). Please refer to “Schedule for P1 Registration Exercise 2009” for more details.

F) P4 Meet-The-Parents Session
The P4 Meet-The-Parents sessions originally scheduled on Friday, 3 July 2009 will be postponed until further notice.
G) P4 Heritage & Cultural Learning Journey to Malacca
The learning journey to Malacca is cancelled in the light of the current H1N1 emergency situation. We will refund all monies earlier collected to your child accordingly. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
